About the Department

The department is dedicated to advancing the understanding of the human mind and behavior. Situated in the serene Magam region of Jammu and Kashmir, the department offers a range of programs designed to educate and train future psychologists.The department was established in 2018 to provide students of the region with the opportunity to study psychology. The department has been growing steadily since its inception. Under the leadership of Principal of the college, the department emphasizes practical applications of psychology, giving students real-world experience and plans to renovate the already existing laboratory facility
